Free Ground Shipping for Orders over $65
In the 48 contiguous states
For a limited time, we are offering free shipping on orders over $65. This promotions applies to ground shipping only. We will choose either UPS Ground or USPS.
It is our priority to deliver your merchandise to its destination in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. We use USPS and UPS for our primary carriers. If for any reason the USPS or UPS services do not work for you, please call us at 888 671-3423 to make special arrangements.
We will try our best to ship orders received before 10am PST the same business day, and orders placed after 10am PST the next business day.
We cannot be responsible for delays due to weather and issues with the carrier.
Pick up at our store
You may opt for your order to be picked up at our store in Bellingham. At check out, when you are prompted to choose shipping service, simply select "pick up".
UPS Next Day Air
If you need it fast, this is your solution. UPS guarantees delivery by the end of the next business day.
Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii
UPS US 2nd Day Air
Do you have an extra day? Choose this option. UPS guarantees second business day delivery. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

UPS 3 Day Select
UPS guarantees delivery by the end of the third business day.

Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery (depending on how far it travels from Bellingham, Washington.)

For the standard service to Canada, please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery.

APO and FPO Destinations
You must use USPS services when shipping to APO and FPO destinations.
Special Arrangements
If you are sending toys to international destinations other than Canada, if you would like to request delivery on the weekend, or need to use a different carrier we need to process your order off line. Please send us an e-mail via the Contact Us page or call us at 1 888 671-3423
Sales Tax
Packages shipped to Washington State destinations will be assessed a 8.5% excise tax. No Tax will be charged to packages sent to addresses outside of Washington State.
Out Of Stock
We take great care to update our inventory levels regularly. The quantity available indicated on our website should be accurate. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to make special arrangements.
Cancellation
We can cancel orders which have not been shipped yet. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately at 360 671-3423 (888 671-3423)Your satisfaction is our priority! We realize that returns and exchanges are unavoidable at times. To prevent unnecessary returns please call us before your purchase if you need any additional information about the product(s) you are considering . We are here to help you in making your choices!
Return Policy
If for any reason you need to return an item please do so within 14 days of placing the order. We will issue a store credit, exchange, or a refund for the full amount less the shipping charges. Make sure that the product you return is in its original, undamaged packaging, including all tags and inserts. (We need to charge a 25% restocking fee if the product has been used or opened.)
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate returns for special orders, items which are drop shipped, and oversized items. (In our product descriptions you will find whether an item falls into one of these categories)
We will replace at no additional cost any product which arrives damaged at your doorstep. Please inspect all packages promptly and report to us damages which occurred during shipping. Keep all packaging and shipping materials.
Please send to us all items to be returned in or with the original packaging. Include your name and address, your phone number and the original receipt.

In addition to purchasing a Greeting Card, you may elect to have it personalized!
Choose the cards you would like to be personalized during the check out process, (the title of the window will read "Send a Greeting Card") not while browsing in the "Greeting Cards" category. Simply type your wishes or greetings into the box provided.(100 characters only please).
Gift Wrap
You may choose to have your items gift wrapped. Our paper is FairhavenToyGardenGreen©, Holiday Red/Green, or Silver. Please specify your preference(s) in the Comments Section during check out.
