Shipping Information

It is our priority to deliver your merchandise to you in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. We use USPS and FedEx for our primary carriers. We do not add a handling fee, nor do we up charge the shipping rates.  If for any reason USPS or FedEx service does not work for you, please call us at 888 671-3423 to make special arrangements.

Orders received before 10am PST will likely be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 10am PST will be shipped the next business day.

We cannot be responsible for delays due to weather and issues with the carrier.

Next Day Air
If you need it fast, this is your solution. Fedex guarantees delivery by the end of the next business day.  Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii

US 2nd Day Air
Do you have an extra day? Choose this option. Fedex guarantees second business day delivery. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.  Service area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii

3 Day Select
Fedex guarantees delivery by the end of the third business day.  Service Area: The 48 contiguous states.  Another option if your item(s) are small is USPS Priority Mail.  Priority Mail will often arrive within 2 to 3 days depending on how far away you are from Bellingham, WA.

FedEx Ground
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery (depending on how far it travels from Bellingham, Washington.)

USPS Canada
For the standard service to Canada, please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery.

Special Arrangements
If you are sending toys to international destinations other than Canada, to APO and FPO addresses, if you would like to request delivery on the weekend, or need to use a different carrier we need to process your order off line. Please write us via the Contact Us page or call us at 1 888 671-3423

Sales Tax
Packages shipped to Washington State destinations will be assessed an 8.7% sales tax. No Tax will be charged to packages sent to addresses outside of Washington State.

Out Of Stock
We take great care to update our inventory levels regularly. The quantity available indicated on our website should be accurate. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to make special arrangements.

Cancellation
We can cancel orders which have not been shipped yet. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately at 360 671-3423 (888 671-3423)

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! We realize that returns and exchanges are unavoidable at times. To prevent unnecessary returns please call us before your purchase if you need any additional information about the product(s) you are considering . We are here to help you in making your choices!

If for any reason you need to return an item please do so within 14 days of placing the order. We will issue a store credit, exchange, or a refund for the full amount less the shipping charges. Make sure that the product you return is in its original, undamaged packaging, including all tags and inserts. (We need to charge a 25% restocking fee if the product has been used or opened.)

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate returns for special orders, items which are drop shipped, and oversized items. (In our product descriptions you will find whether an item falls into one of these categories)

We will replace at no additional cost any product which arrives damaged at your doorstep. Please inspect all packages promptly and report to us damages which occurred during shipping. Keep all packaging and shipping materials.

Please send to us all items to be returned in or with the original packaging. Include your name and address, your phone number and the original receipt.
