Creativity for Kids
Creativity for Kids was created by two women, Phyllis Brody and Evelyn Greenwald, in response to what they termed "turkey syndrome". After their children made hand-traced turkey's at their school, they felt like this activity resulted in too uniformed results, when uniqueness was the goal. While children have to follow rules in many areas, they believed art should be an area in which individuality was encouraged. 35 years later, their anti-cookie cutter, paint-by-number approach is a defining attribute in the brand.
